Fun in the Sun!

In the past few weeks our family has really taken advantage of the beautiful weather.  We took a trip to Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens with the Adam's Aunt Beth, cousin Kate, Jan, and my mom.  We had a wonderful time looking at all of the spectacular gardens!  The twins had a great time snoozing in the stroller:) 

We are ready for summer! 

The Twins Baptism on Mother's Day

 This Mother's Day was one that our family will never forget! The twins were baptized at East End Fellowship. We had family and friends help us celebrate, and we could not have asked for a more special day. We wished all of our family could have joined us, but we are happy to share some of the precious moments we captured on this memorable day. I am a proud Mama!

 We want to thank my grandparents for coming all the way from Ohio to help celebrate the twins baptism. It was wonderful to introduce the twins to them, and to spend some quality time with them.  Here are four generations all in one picture. Finley was named after my beautiful grandmother.

 Thanks to Nana and Pops we had some great food at the after party. They're the best! 

 The twins great "Nan" came all the way from Raleigh on the train.We were truly blessed to have her with us!

 Nana Boo and Pop Boo have been such a blessing to our family! We appreciate all of their support the past few months. Nana Boo made some great grape salad.

The Twins First Easter

Spring 2012

The weather has been absolutely perfect here in Richmond.  So we decided to venture out and take a walk at Bryan Park. The azalea garden is in full bloom and the flowers are gorgeous! It was the perfect way to spend the afternoon in the sunshine:)

 At about week 6 the babies really started to open their eyes. It was so fun to watch as they began to track things around the room . Andy loved to look at the lights in the windows and on the ceiling. Finley was still a bit sleepy at this stage, but she peeked at us every once in a while.

Andy has been gaining weight so quickly! He is averaging a pound a week!  Here he is at about 9 pounds! We love to kiss his fat belly!

                                            

Finley and her beautiful blue eyes!  Finley has been gaining about a half pound a week.  She is now about 8 pounds.  She is our little bitty girl!

Our First Precious Weeks Together
